    Orders & Shipping

    Once your order has been confirmed, it will be shipped out within 24 hours excluding holidays and weekends. We only ship out orders from Monday to Friday so if you order on a Friday, it’s likely that your order won’t be shipped until the following Monday. Once your order has shipped, you can expect to receive it within the following timeframes:

    US & Canada: 2-4 business days
    Europe: 4-8 business days
    Rest of the World: 6-11 business days  

    We ship worldwide so please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The duties and tax fees will vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

    Rokzin cannot control and is not responsible for any duties or taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Please note, in some occasions, custom agents may delay the delivery of packages.

    Please contact us immediately if you need to make any changes to your order. Once your order has been packed or shipped, we are unable to make any changes. We advise our customers to be extra careful when selecting their watch and entering their details and we cannot be held responsible for orders sent to the wrong address caused by incorrect details.

    We use a fraud filter here at ROKZIN to ensure everyone’s safety. Sometimes this filter can pick up orders where the customer has entered more than one credit card number to pay for their order. If this is the case, the order will automatically be cancelled. If this has occurred, we recommend that you contact us by emailing hey@rokzin.com to get your order re-processed.

    Specs & Features

    Our watches use Citizen Miyota Japanese 3 Hand Movement as this is a commonly used movement in the industry. This movement is very reliable, but remains affordable so that we can provide you with awesome watches for less.

    We’re proud to use Official Chicago Horween® leather for our straps. This leather is much higher quality than genuine leather and is used in official NFL and NBA game balls.

    We use hardened mineral crystal.

    Our watches have a water resistance of 3ATM. We like to advise our customers to avoid getting their watch wet at all as we do not cover water damage in the warranty. 3ATM means that your watch will survive splashes of light rain or water when washing your hands, but should not be worn in the shower or taken swimming.

    During our first release of watches, you may only choose one strap for each watch that you order. We will be releasing additional straps for individual purchase in the near future, and these straps will fit our current range of watches.

    Care & Warranty

    We recommend that you take your watch into a jewellers or other service that changes watch batteries. We advise that you do not attempt to change the battery yourself as certain tools are required to avoid damaging the watch. ROKZIN warranty does not cover watches that have been damaged by changing the battery. 

    Yes, we provide a limited warranty on all of our products, which covers manufacturer defects for 2 years after the original purchase date. This means that if the mechanics of your watch aren’t working correctly and it’s our fault, we will replace the watch. The warranty will not cover products that have been damaged by you, so we advise that you take good care of your watch to ensure its longevity. Please notify us immediately if you receive a faulty watch.
