    SHIPPING 
    We offer FREE Shipping on all orders worldwide. We aim to pick, pack, and ship your order as fast as humanly possible, but please be aware that it may take up to 24 hours to be dispatched, not including weekends or holidays. During sales and busier periods, we appreciate your patience, as the dispatch process may be a little slower due to increased orders.

    Shipping across the US will usually take approximately 2-4 business days. If your order has not arrived after 2 business days, please wait for another 2 days before contacting us, as occasionally the postal system can be a little delayed. If you have been waiting for over 4 business days and you still have not received your order, please contact us at support@rokzin.com.

    You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been shipped so that you can follow your order’s journey to you. Please be aware that it can take up to 2 hours for a tracking number to become activated and start showing data.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING + DELIVERY TIMES 
    Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The duties and tax fees will vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

    Rokzin cannot control and is not responsible for any duties or taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Please note, in some occasions, custom agents may delay the delivery of packages.

    International Delivery Timeframes (in business days):
    Europe 4-8 Days
    Rest of the World 6-11 Days  

    RETURNS 
    Any brand new, full priced product can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. If outside of the 30 days since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    Please contact our Customer Support team on support@rokzin.com to schedule a return and receive a prepaid return label.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    How long will it take to process my return? 
    Once you notify us that you would like a return, we will email you a pre-paid return label within 24 hours.

    As soon as your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.

    After the refund has been issued, it could take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card or Paypal account - so sit tight!
